Dr. Hamid Mukhtar

Assistant Professor

Ph.D Law



Dr. Hamid Mukhtar is an Assistant Professor and the person In-Charge of the School of Law. Dr. Hamid holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Master of Laws (LL.M) and Doctorate in Legal Science (SJD) from the law schools Internationally ranked Universities. He has also been practicing as an advocate of the High Court and the Lower Courts. His research articles have been published in International Journals on different themes of International and Comparative Law. His research interests include International Law, International Trade and Investment Law, Chinese Law, and Comparative Law. In recent, Dr. Mukhtar is focusing on the harmonization of investment dispute resolution mechanisms for resolving international investment disputes arising out of the One Belt One Road Initiative.
